We rank it.
You rent it.
The phone just rings.

RankLend ranks local service websites #1 on Google for hyper-local keywords — “pool fence installation [your city]” and the like — then leases the site to one contractor in town. Flat monthly rent covers every keywordthe site ranks for — not one keyword at a time like paid ads. Seven-day free trial. Cancel any month, no penalty.

The lease lifecycle

Four steps. Then a phone that rings without you doing anything.

Most local marketing shifts the risk to the contractor — pay-per-click, pay-per-lead, long contracts, shared inboxes. RankLend flips it: we rank the site, you rent the output. If the leads stop, you stop paying. If they don't, the keys stay yours.

01

Rank

We buy the keyword. Build the site. Rank it.

Domain, content, schema, citations, backlinks — the whole stack. Most sites hit page one in 30–90 days. A site doesn't go on the lease board until it's in the top three for its money keyword.

02

Trial

You take the leads for seven days, free.

Sign up and add a valid card — you won't be charged until day 8. Calls forward to your line. Forms submit straight to your inbox and SMS. If your phone doesn't ring, cancel before the trial ends. No charge, no clawback.

03

Lease

Flat rent. Every lead is yours to close.

One tenant per site. Every keyword the site ranks for is included — no per-keyword bidding, no per-lead surcharge, no surge pricing on Saturdays. The rent is the rent.

04

Renew or walk

Stay for a month or stay for years.

Cancel any month, end of cycle. No exit fee. If rankings ever drop below page one for 30 days, the next month is on us — written into every lease.

Tenant FAQ

Questions before you sign the lease.

What if my phone doesn't ring during the trial?+

Cancel before day 7 and your card is never charged — no cancellation form, nothing to chase. We log the trial as a no-fit and move on. You keep any leads that came in during the trial, no clawback.

Why flat rent instead of per-lead?+

Per-lead pricing creates the wrong incentive: we'd benefit from sending you garbage and counting it. Flat rent flips it — we only get paid if you stay, and you only stay if the leads convert. Aligned interests.

Is the lead exclusive to me?+

Yes. One tenant per property. The phone number on the site is forwarded only to you, and the contact-form notifications go only to you. We don't run a "matching" service.

What if rankings drop?+

If the property falls below page one for its primary keyword for more than 30 consecutive days, the following month is on us. Written into every lease.

Why not just hire an SEO agency?+

Agencies bill $1.5K–$5K/month for 6+ months with no guarantee of rank, and you own a depreciating asset on day one. We've already done the ranking work — you skip the runway and pay only when the asset performs.

How are leads delivered?+

Calls forward to your line in real time. Form submits hit your email and SMS within seconds. Everything also lives in your tenant dashboard with status, recordings, and a quick "won / lost / no-show" tagger.

What happens after the trial ends?+

Your card is already on file from signup. If you don't cancel before day 7, rent kicks in automatically on day 8 and is collected monthly — no refunds. If you cancel during the trial, the property goes back on the market.

Can I get the source code or take the site with me?+

No. The property is the asset we own; you rent the leads it generates. Think of it like leasing retail space on Main Street — the storefront stays, you bring the inventory.
